Daren Martin, MPT

Daren Martin is a licensed Physical Therapist. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Wyoming in 1999. In 2002, Daren graduated from the University of North Dakota with his Master of Physical Therapy degree in Physical Therapy. Specialty areas of interest include out-patient rehabilitation, sports medicine, industrial rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, orthotics, and home health care. Daren is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He has been certified with WorkSteps pre-employment testing since 2005. Daren was born and raised in Southwest Wyoming and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.



Dana Kreusel, DPT

Dana Kreusel is a licensed Physical Therapist. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2005. Dana then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University in 2008. Dana's specialties include outpatient orthopedics and treating complex diagnoses that have failed other treatments. She utilizes advanced training in manual therapy and movement patterning/control for a variety of populations, from a person who is disabled to the elite athlete. Dana's treatment philosophy is that she believes each patient is unique and therefore requires an individualized treatment plan that integrates the whole body operating as a single system. In complex cases, the location of the pain may just be a symptom of the problem and is not always the source. Dana is a Wyoming native who enjoys spending time in the outdoors with family and friends, traveling, and playing volleyball.



Craig Wolffing, OTR/L

Craig Wolffing is a licensed as well as a nationally certified Occupational Therapist. Craig earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1995 at the University of North Dakota-Casper, Wyoming site. He has worked in multiple settings but his primary focus has been upper extremity/hand therapy, industrial rehabilitation and splinting since 1995. Craig's interests include any outdoor activities/camping with family, hunting, gardening and reading.






Amanda Larson, DPT

Amanda Larson is a licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated from Utah State University in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Movement. In 2015, she graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her areas of interest are orthopedics and sports medicine. Amanda was born and raised in Northern Utah and enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains or on a lake.






Alyssa Zumpfe, DPT

Alyssa Zumpfe is a licensed Physical Therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE in 2015. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE in 2018. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2015. Alyssa enjoys working with a variety of conditions with patients of all ages. Alyssa grew up on a farm in southeast Nebraska and moved to Rock Springs with her husband in 2018. Alyssa enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and traveling.






Connor Zumpfe, DPT, CSCS

Connor is a licensed Physical Therapist. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2015. In 2018, Connor graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Specialty areas include outpatient rehabilitation with a special interest in the active population and athletes. Connor is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has been certified under the NCSA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Connor grew up in central / eastern Nebraska and spends most of his free time enjoying the outdoors, playing recreational sports, and reading.






Karen Macdonald, MSPT

Karen Macdonald is a licensed Physical Therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming in 1987, before returning to school and earning her Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1994. Karen has over 20 years of experience in the Physical Therapy industry, including providing temporary, short and long-term assignments in Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, and Washington. She returned to her home town of Rock Springs in 2009. Karenís interests include home health care, geriatrics, and orthopedics. Outside of work, she enjoys reconnecting with members of her home town, knitting, reading, and spending time with her family and dog.



Joanne Zotti, OTR/L

Joanne Zotti is a licensed and nationally certified Occupational Therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1991. Joanne worked primarily in hospitals, with a focus on both inpatient/outpatient neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, until 2002. After moving to Rock Springs, Joanne accepted a full-time job as an Occupational Therapist at Sweetwater County School District #1, where she has been focusing on school-based pediatric therapy. Joanne has been providing contract Occupational Therapy services with Alliance Physical Therapy since 2016. Joanne spends most of her free time with her husband and two children. She enjoys camping, photography, and spending time with her family.



Mandy Seamons, PTA

Mandy Seamons is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation in 2010 from Shepherd University in West Virginia. Later in 2016 she ventured to Colby, Kansas where she received an Associates in Applied Health Science. Mandy grew up in Colorado where she learned to seek out a good adventure. She loves being outdoors and spending time with her ever-expanding family.






Megan Sperry, Exercise Physiologist

Megan Sperry is an Exercise Physiologist. She graduated from Utah State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. She has worked since 2004 as an Exercise Physiologist in a physical therapy environment. Megan is a native of Rock Springs and in her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and daughters.
